Juan Colón enjoyed a 15 year career in capital markets as a consultant for Tier 1 institutions (risk management), before cofounding www.tradeslide.com in 2012 with a former Trade Leader with several social trading sites (who also happened to be his brother Javier). Together with Javier and their quant team, they’ve developed a diagnostic framework allowing traders to benchmark their trading skills (experience, discipline, risk management and performance), and tools to manage their risk to institutional standards.
